What are your shipping options for Australian customers?

We are excited to offer affordable shipping options for our customers. For standard shipping within Australia, we offer a flat rate of $9. If you’re in need of faster delivery, we also offer express shipping for a flat rate of $13.

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $80 in Australia.

I don't live in Australia, can I still order your products?

Yes! We’re pleased to offer international shipping to our customers outside of Australia. For all international orders, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 which will be added upon checkout.

I've placed an order, now what?

All purchases will be packed within one week of your order. You should expect your products to arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Allied Stamps delivers using Australia Post and can ship to any national or international address.

Where will my items ship from?

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

How are your products crafted?

At our small business, we take pride in crafting each of our products from hand, using only the highest quality materials and attention to detail to create something truly special for our Allied Health Professionals and Educators.

What's your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your product, we have a 14-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product you have ordered from us for any reason, please contact us via email at sarah@alliedstamps.com for a refund, replacement, or credit of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please include your full name, order details, and refund preference in the email so we may assist you further.
